Subscriptions are the backbone of creator revenue on OnlyVibe. Fans pay a recurring monthly price in $OVIBE tokens to access your subscriber-only content and perks.

How Subscriptions Work

  • 30-day rolling period. Each subscription lasts exactly 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Paid in $OVIBE. Fans buy $OVIBE token packages and use them to subscribe.
  • No auto-renewal yet. Fans must manually renew when their period ends. They receive a reminder notification before expiry.
  • Instant access. Once a fan subscribes, they immediately unlock all your subscriber-only posts.
Fans purchase $OVIBE in packages: 50 for $2, 150 for $5, 500 for $15, or 1,500 for $40. Keep this in mind when setting your price — align with package sizes so fans do not need to buy more than necessary.

The 50/30/20 Split

Subscriptions use the same unified split as all other revenue. You earn 50% of every subscription payment at the base tier. The remaining 50% goes to burn (30%) and service fee (20%).

Pricing Psychology Tips

Start lower, raise later

Launch at 50-100 $OVIBE to build your subscriber base. Once you have consistent content and engaged fans, gradually increase. Existing subscribers keep their current price until renewal.

Align with $OVIBE packages

Fans buy tokens in fixed packages. If your subscription costs 120 $OVIBE, a fan must buy the 500 package ($15) just to subscribe — that feels expensive. At 100 $OVIBE, the same fan buys the 150 package ($5) and subscribes immediately.
Package$OVIBEUSDSubscriptions it covers
Micro50$21 month at 50
Starter150$51-3 months depending on price
Popular500$152-5 months depending on price
Premium1,500$406-15 months depending on price

Use paywall pricing for bonus revenue

Even with a low subscription price, you can set individual posts with an unlock price for premium content. This lets you earn extra on top of subscriptions without raising your base price.

Communicate the value

In your bio and posts, tell fans what they get for subscribing:
  • Number of posts per week
  • Type of content (photos, behind-the-scenes, custom content)
  • Access to DMs
  • Early access or exclusives
Creators who mention their posting frequency in their bio (“new content daily”) convert 2x more visitors into subscribers than those who do not.

Setting Your Price

  1. Go to Creator Dashboard
  2. Tap Edit Profile
  3. Set your Subscription Price in $OVIBE
  4. Save changes
Your price is visible on your public profile. Fans see the price before subscribing.
Changing your price does not affect existing active subscriptions. Current subscribers keep their price until their 30-day period ends and they renew.
