How voice works
When voice is enabled, fans can request voice messages during a chat session. The AI generates a voice clip using your character’s personality, communication style, and voice configuration.| Detail | Value |

Voice style
The voice style field tells the AI how your character should sound. Be specific about tone, pace, and texture. Examples:| Character Type | Voice Style |

Fan experience
From the fan’s perspective:- During a chat, they tap the voice icon on a message

Best practices
Match the personality
A gentle, caring character should not have an aggressive voice. Consistency between personality traits and voice style keeps the experience immersive.
Be specific
“Nice voice” tells the AI nothing. “Warm alto with a slight Southern drawl, speaks slowly” gives it everything it needs.
Test it
After setting up voice, chat with your own character and request a few voice messages to verify the result matches your vision.
Mention it in the bio
Let fans know your character has voice. “Send me a voice note” in the bio or backstory signals the feature is available.
